Abstract Submission Instructions

Poster Presentations

Poster sessions will be located in the Exhibit Hall. Posters will be displayed two per side of each double-sided poster board. Each poster must be no larger than 4‘ (1.2m) wide and 4‘ (1.2m) tall. All posters will be on display throughout the meeting until the beginning of the free afternoon on Tuesday. Poster presenters will be assigned to present their research during a given hour in one of two 2-hour poster sessions. The formal poster viewing sessions are scheduled on Sunday and Monday from 8:30 PM–10:30 PM. Snacks and beverages will be available during the poster sessions. All posters must be removed by 2:00 PM on Tuesday. It is the responsibility of the poster presenter to remove the poster. Failure to do so could result in damage to or loss of the unclaimed poster.
